#We Are Neonists
We are a group of people at Bay Area who's fall in love with neon sign, an art work with a certain quality and a certain beauty.
We corporate with local artists and traditional neon sign companies to create workshops that let people to get to know how neon signs are made as the masters go through the production processes from design, tube bending, gas filling and more. People will also discover more about the current situation and challenges of the industry behind the glowing neon signs, and help this kind of craftsmanship pass on.
With your help, neon sign won't face extinction.

Making neon sign is not that hard. We have open studio around Bay Area for people who's interested in making neon light. Also, each weekend we have lectures about neon history and neon developing workshop.
Their elegant lines in shocking colors, their garish sense of humor, the occasional howling malapropism, the way the colored light bathes the street scene or makes those crazy swirling patterns in the gravy of my chow fun when I sit under the neon window sign. Neon signs make the unknown familiar but they also tell us something about ourselves and the times we live in.
