Our must have dessert is the Glutinous Rice Ball combination desserts. Glutinous rice balls were traditionally used to celebrate the stability of a family; only eaten on the last day of a lunar year with all family members present sitting at a dinner table. Glutinous rice balls were originally sensed in ginger soup and have black-sesame fillings. The sweetness of each ball symbolizes family warmth. As we are now in the 21th century, this warmth should always available and easily accessed by people at anytime. Thus, we differentiate glutinous rice balls into any different forms of desserts, hoping to increase the people's awareness of rice balls, as well as expanding their interest for them.
